Aj.Phakawat Sailasuta, a lecturer from the International Business Management (
#IBM) program at the International College, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Thian Leramun from the Faculty of Business Administration, presented their research titled "A Comparative Study of the Use of Lean Techniques in Hotpot Buffet Restaurants in Chiang Mai."
Assistant Professor Dr. Thadphong Avirachthananon from the Faculty of Business Administration, Maejo University, was honored to serve as the research critic, while Dr. Kanyarat Ueamumporn acted as the project manager.
The presentation took place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the 25th Anniversary Conference Room, Faculty of Law, Pentecost Building, Payap University.
