Doctor of Philosophy Program

Peacebuilding

The international Ph.D. in Peacebuilding aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, contributing to knowledge production for advancing the impact and innovation of peace efforts. The program provides structured academic training along with various opportunities for hands-on fieldwork, extracurricular professional and academic development activities, and community service through the Religion, Culture, and Peace Laboratory.
There are two study plans appropriate for the students’ various academic backgrounds: a two-year study plan for those who have a master’s degree in peace studies or related fields, and a three-year study plan for those who have a master’s degree in other fields.
