โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ
#คณะกรรมการฝ่ายพัฒนาบุคลากร #วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ #มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จัด "โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ" เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษาให้แก่คณาจารย์ทุกสาขาวิชา โดยเชิญวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภายนอก ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. บดินทร์ จินดา อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มาให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อ “#การวัดการประเมินผลและการทำRubric” เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้อง CP411 อาคารชุมพาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถนำความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผลผู้เรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ และสามารถสะท้อนผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ได้อย่างแท้จริง รวมถึงเพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความรู้และทักษะที่ทันสมัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เกิดแรงจูงใจในการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง อีกทั้งยังถือเป็นการสร้างบรรยากาศของการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันภายในคณะ และเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพของหน่วยงานและของมหาวิทยาลัยในภาพรวมอีกด้วย

The workshop was held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Room CP411, Chumpaban Building, Payap University, and featured a special lecture on “Assessment, Evaluation, and Rubric Development” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bordin Chinda, a distinguished lecturer from the Department of English, Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University.
The session aimed to provide participants with practical knowledge and insights that can be applied effectively in teaching, student evaluation, and outcome-based education. The training also focused on aligning assessment practices with learning objectives and ensuring authentic learning outcomes.
In addition to skill enhancement, the program fostered a shared learning atmosphere, encouraged continuous self-development, and contributed to the overall improvement of educational quality within the International College and the university as a whole.
