Qualifications:
Hold a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree and/or a Doctoral degree (with thesis) in one of the following fields: Japanese Language, Japanese Literature, Japanese Linguistics, Japanese Language Education, Japanese Studies, or a related field
Teaching experience in Japanese language at the higher education level will be considered an advantage
Must have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at Level 2 or N2 or higher
Preference will be given to candidates who have published at least one research article in a peer-reviewed journal that has been published consecutively for at least three years
