     การสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ หมายถึง การพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางวิชาการของบุคลากร
ในคณะวิชาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะที่จำเป็น ทั้งในด้านการวิจัย การตีพิมพ์
เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ การขอทุนสนับสนุน รวมถึงการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพทาง
วิชาการให้สมดั่งวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กร คือ The International College aspires to be the premier
international college in Southeast Asia by 2028, recognized for its dedication to academic
excellence and cultivating global citizens.

    Building academic strength refers to the continuous development and enhancement of the
academic capacity of faculty members within a college. This is achieved through the
cultivation of essential knowledge, abilities, and skills in areas such as research, academic
publishing, grant applications, and the pursuit of academic titles. The ultimate goal is to
elevate academic quality in alignment with the college’s vision:
"The International College aspires to be the premier international college in Southeast
Asia by 2028, recognized for its dedication to academic excellence and cultivating global
citizens."

โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ

#คณะกรรมการฝ่ายพัฒนาบุคลากร #วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ #มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จัด "โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ" เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษาให้แก่คณาจารย์ทุกสาขาวิชา โดยเชิญวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากภายนอก ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. บดินทร์ จินดา อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มาให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อ “#การวัดการประเมินผลและการทำRubric” เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้อง CP411 อาคารชุมพาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ เพื่อให้บุคลากรสามารถนำความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผลผู้เรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ และสามารถสะท้อนผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ได้อย่างแท้จริง รวมถึงเพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความรู้และทักษะที่ทันสมัยในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เกิดแรงจูงใจในการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง อีกทั้งยังถือเป็นการสร้างบรรยากาศของการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันภายในคณะ และเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพของหน่วยงานและของมหาวิทยาลัยในภาพรวมอีกด้วย

#PersonnelDevelopmentCommittee #InternationalCollege #PayapUniversity organized a training program titled “Capacity Building for International College Staff” to enhance faculty members' skills in educational assessment and evaluation.
The workshop was held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Room CP411, Chumpaban Building, Payap University, and featured a special lecture on “Assessment, Evaluation, and Rubric Development” by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bordin Chinda, a distinguished lecturer from the Department of English, Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University.
The session aimed to provide participants with practical knowledge and insights that can be applied effectively in teaching, student evaluation, and outcome-based education. The training also focused on aligning assessment practices with learning objectives and ensuring authentic learning outcomes.
In addition to skill enhancement, the program fostered a shared learning atmosphere, encouraged continuous self-development, and contributed to the overall improvement of educational quality within the International College and the university as a whole.

สาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ จัดกิจกรรม "ค่ายรักษ์รังษี” ประจำปี 2568

เมื่อวันพุธที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2568 #คณาจารย์สาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ #วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ #มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ เดินทางไปจัดกิจกรรม #ค่ายรักษ์รังษี” ประจำปี 2568 ให้แก่นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 316 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จำนวน 282 คน เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้มีทักษะการอยู่ร่วมกัน มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี มีแนวทางการใช้ชีวิตในโรงเรียนอย่างมีระเบียบวินัย ณ หอประชุมอินสอน #โรงเรียนรังษีวิทยา อ.ฝาง จ.เชียงใหม่

The English for Career Development Program #ECD (International Program) organized the “English Language Preparation Project for First-Year Students” on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Room PC420, Pentecost Building, Payap University.The guest speaker, Lecturer Nongluck Sriwichai, provided instruction on English writing and reading skills to help students prepare for the final examination.

Congratulations to Ajarn Sirima Youngwan, ECD instructor, on receiving a grant from the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) – Student Mobility for Studies program to participate in an academic exchange at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary, from April 4 to May 3, 2025.
This international exchange program aims to enhance knowledge in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) while also strengthening academic and research skills in a cross-cultural context.
The main activities include:
  • In-depth research on studies and projects related to ESD
  • Visits to educational institutions in Hungary to explore teaching approaches and activities related to ESD

Asst. Prof. Ratchatapol Chaikiattitham and Lecturer Piranya Pimiew from the Business Chinese Program, International College, presented their research titled "A Comparative Study of Foreign Loanwords in Chinese and Thai."
The research was honored to be reviewed by Assoc. Prof. Narawan Phoolpipat from the Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University, and the project was overseen by Dr. Kanyarat Ueam-amphorn as the project director.
The presentation took place on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at Room BB, Benjabun Building, Payap University (Mae Khao Campus).

The hybrid Fourth Annual International Conference on Religion, Culture and Peace Education organized by the Department of Peace Studies

The hybrid Fourth Annual International Conference on Religion, Culture and Peace Education organized by the Department of Peace Studies, The Religion, Cutlure and Peace Lab, under the International College at Payap University in partnership with the Mennonite Central Committee, took place on April 24-25, 2025. There were 69 presentations from 76 authors and co-authors. The two-day conference was attended by 50 participants onsite and 26 participants online. The presenters enriched the conference with various studies on religion, culture and peace education from different contexts including Argentina, India, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestine, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, The U.S.A., and others.
