คณะกรรมการจัดการความรู้ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ (KM) ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ หัวข้อ “การสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ” โดยได้รับเกียรติจากบุคลากรที่มี Tacit knowledge ด้านความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ มาร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้และประสบการณ์ ได้แก่ ผศ.ดร. Shizhou Yang, ผศ.รัชตพล ชัยเกียรติธรรม, ผศ.จิรภัทร กิตติวรากูล และ อาจารย์อริย์ธัช อักษรทับ เมื่อวันพุธที่ 26 มีนาคม 2568
( การสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ หมายถึง การพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทางวิชาการของบุคลากรในคณะวิชาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผ่านการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะที่จำเป็น ทั้งในด้านการวิจัย การตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ การขอทุนสนับสนุน รวมถึงการขอกำหนดตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพทางวิชาการ ให้สมดั่งวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กร“ The International College aspires to be the premier international college in Southeast Asia by 2028, recognized for its dedication to academic excellence and cultivating global citizens.” )

The Knowledge Management Committee of the International College organized an online Knowledge Management (KM) exchange event on the topic of "Strengthening Academic Excellence." The event was honored by distinguished experts with tacit knowledge in academic development, who shared their insights and experiences. The esteemed speakers included Asst. Prof. Dr. Shizhou Yang, Asst. Prof. Ratchatapon Chaikiattiyos, Asst. Prof. Jirapat Kittivorakul, and Lecturer Aritat Aksornthap. The session took place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Strengthening academic excellence refers to the continuous enhancement and development of faculty members' academic potential through the advancement of essential knowledge, skills, and competencies. This includes research development, academic publication, securing research grants, and applying for academic promotions. These efforts aim to elevate the overall academic quality in alignment with the organization's vision: "The International College aspires to be the premier international college in Southeast Asia by 2028, recognized for its dedication to academic excellence and cultivating global citizens."

On March 20, 2025, Aj. Apicha Insuwan, President of Payap University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Payap University and WORK AND STUDY JAPAN Co., Ltd. to establish academic and educational cooperation.
This collaboration aims to provide students of the International College with opportunities to enhance their Japanese language proficiency, gain firsthand experience of Japan’s work environment, and immerse themselves in the country’s culture and way of life. The initiative is part of the #Japan Study Tour Program and International Cooperation, fostering global learning and cross-cultural exchange.

The English for Career Development (#ECD) program at Payap University International College organized a field trip for second, third, and fourth-year students. The trip included visits to Meritton British International School, the Chiang Mai Cultural Centre (Hor Khlang Wiang), and Away Chiang Mai Thapae Resort. The objective was to provide students with insights into real-world work environments using English, helping them gain perspectives for selecting future cooperative education placements and career paths. The event took place on Friday, March 21, 2025.

The English for Career Development ( #ECD) program, the International College organized a cooperative education preparation event, providing an opportunity for fourth-year students who interned in cooperative education in 2/2024 to present their internship experiences at various workplaces where English is used. Third-year students also attended the presentations to learn and understand cooperative education practices. The event took place on March 20, 2025, in Room PC308, Pentecost Building, The International College, Payap University.

Aj.Phakawat Sailasuta, a lecturer from the International Business Management (#IBM) program at the International College, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Thian Leramun from the Faculty of Business Administration, presented their research titled "A Comparative Study of the Use of Lean Techniques in Hotpot Buffet Restaurants in Chiang Mai."
Assistant Professor Dr. Thadphong Avirachthananon from the Faculty of Business Administration, Maejo University, was honored to serve as the research critic, while Dr. Kanyarat Ueamumporn acted as the project manager.
The presentation took place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the 25th Anniversary Conference Room, Faculty of Law, Pentecost Building, Payap University.

Medical Interpreting Activity Between Japanese Language Department and Faculty of Pharmacy

On February 5, 2025, the Japanese Language Department collaborated with the Faculty of Pharmacy at Payap University to hold a medical interpreting activity. Third-year Japanese major students took on the role of interpreters, helping facilitate smooth communication between Japanese patients and pharmacy students.
We were also joined by a senpai with experience as a medical interpreter, along with students from Chiang Mai University, making this a valuable opportunity for interaction and exchange across departments and universities.

คณะกรรมการพัฒนานักศึกษา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพายัพ จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) ในหัวข้อ “การถ่ายภาพPackshot”  ให้แก่นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ เมื่อวันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2568 ณ อาคาร (SR) ศูนย์ทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้สิรินธร ชั้น 2 โดยเป็นกิจกรรมในโครงการพัฒนาทักษะสำหรับนักศึกษา (ทักษะการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต/ทักษะที่สำคัญในการใช้ชีวิตและทำงานในศตวรรษที่ 21) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และส่งเสริมทักษะการถ่ายภาพสินค้าให้กับนักศึกษา ซึ่งกิจกรรมแบ่งเป็น 3 ช่วง ช่วงแรกเป็นการบรรยายให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการถ่ายภาพ Packshot ช่วงที่สองเป็นการฝึกปฏิบัติถ่ายภาพของนักศึกษา และช่วงสุดท้ายเป็นการให้ข้อเสนอแนะในผลงานการถ่ายภาพของนักศึกษา ทั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์นิคม ชัยขุนพล อดีตอาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการถ่ายภาพเป็นวิทยากรตลอดทุกกิจกรรม

The Student Development Committee of Payap University International College organized a hands-on workshop on “Packshot Photography” for international college students on March 5, 2025, at the Sirindhorn Learning Resource Center (SR), 2nd floor.
This workshop was part of a student skill development program aimed at enhancing lifelong learning skills and essential competencies for living and working in the 21st century. The objective was to foster creative thinking and equip students with product photography skills.
The event was structured into three key segments:
1. A theoretical lecture providing fundamental knowledge on packshot photography.
2. A hands-on practice session, where students applied their newly acquired skills.
3. A constructive feedback session, offering insights and suggestions on students' work.
The workshop was honored to have Mr. Nikom Chaikunpol, a former lecturer from the Communication Arts Department of the International College, as the guest speaker. With extensive expertise in photography, he guided students throughout the entire workshop.
